The ZoukMX 100-Hour Training is a month of structured Brazilian Zouk immersion in Playa del Carmen — technique, theory and guided socials with world-class Brazilian instructors, across seven tracks from Foundations to Teacher Training.
Some of the dancers who'd grow the most from a month like this are the ones who give the most back home. Our scholarships exist for them — tailored, limited, and awarded to people whose communities can vouch for their dedication. Our program aims to select one from key communities. Part of our process includes involving local teachers to assist in identifying candidates.
You're the person who shows up — to class, to practica, to the social at the end of a long week. A scholarship is an investment in someone already investing in themselves.
Organizing socials, volunteering at events, teaching beginners, building the scene wherever you live. Tell us what you've contributed — and for how long.
Scholarship candidates should have teachers who can attest to their dedication and community involvement. You'll list 1–3 references in the application; we involve local teachers and leaders in our process.
About 4 minutes, and your progress saves as you go. When it asks whether you're applying for a scholarship, answer yes.
Two extra questions: your involvement in your zouk community, and the teacher references who can confirm it.
The team reads every application, and we involve local teachers and leaders in our process. Expect an answer within 7 days.
Scholarships are limited and tailored to each person's situation — there's no single discount or fixed formula.
The application takes about 4 minutes, saves as you go, and asks everything we need — including your community story and references.
