Welcome to KizombaMX!

After Kizomba @ ZNL Music & Dance Festival, we’ve decided to move 2016 to one of the best new beach entertainment cities in the Americas, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

In 2015, we decided to embark in a crazy new adventure, and created the first International Zouk and Kizomba Festival; ZoukMX & KizombaMX.

The festival came to life as the first Zouk and Kizomba dance festival to take place in Mexico. The idea to wrap two festivals in one, and bring the USA and Mexico – and some Europeans too – dance communities together was a new concept. As the event took place and both cultures learned to appreciate each other, we knew that we had accomplished a new milestone and will have to bring these dance communities back together. As the event ended (even though we didn’t want it to), we learned so much, and were overwhelmed by the positive response received.

It was impressive to see how fast the Mexican Kizomba community has grown, and we are very grateful to see how open and welcoming you all have been.

KizombaMX (August 3-6, 2018) and ZoukMX (July 31- Aug 10, 2018)  are the result of YOUR hunger for more dancing, more learning, more parties, more friendships on the beautiful beaches of Mexico. No other festival compares! We can’t express how happy we were to finally meet the Mexican Kizomba community last year. As Zouk and Kizomba in Europe, the USA and Mexico are growing, we want to forge a long and lasting union through dancing. That is what we are all about.
